Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern the use of LusterPicture (the “App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Application of these terms
You may use the App only after agreeing to these terms. Installing or using the App constitutes your agreement.
2. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App and related programs, works, trademarks, and know-how belong to the developer. Copyright in images created or enhanced by a user remains with that user or the appropriate rights holder; the developer does not claim rights to those images.
3. Paid services and subscriptions
Some advanced features—including Strong Mode for Luster Boost, RAW-development brightness settings, and HEIF batch conversion beyond free limits—are offered as a paid subscription. Available features are described on the in-app purchase screen.
- Payment: Your Apple ID account is charged after purchase confirmation.
- Renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management and cancellation: You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s applicable policies.
4. Prohibited conduct
You must not reverse engineer or decompile the App; infringe the intellectual property, reputation, or privacy of the developer or a third party; violate law or public order; or interfere with operation of the App.
5. Changes or suspension
The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice and is not liable for damage resulting from such change or interruption.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” The developer does not guarantee that defects will be corrected or that features will remain available, and is not responsible for device damage, data loss, or other damage arising from use of the App.
7. Changes to these terms
The developer may revise these terms when necessary without prior notice.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location.
